All content on this site — music, audio recordings, artwork, photography, design, code, written text, and the Starchini name and logo — is the property of Starchini and is protected under UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, broadcast, publicly perform, sample, remix, or create derivative works from any of this content without prior written permission.

Personal use

You may stream the music and view the site for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Linking to pages on the site is fine.

Trademarks

"Starchini" and associated logos are trademarks of the artist. Use of these marks without permission is not allowed.

Purchases

The Store is operated by Starchini, a UK sole trader. Apparel is print-on-demand, produced and shipped by Gelato (our UK fulfilment partner). Checkout, payment, and order management are handled by Shopify.

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Starchini is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Shipping is shown at checkout based on destination.
• Order acceptance happens when we send a confirmation email after payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues).
• Dispatch is typically within 3–6 working days. Delivery time depends on destination. UK orders ship via tracked courier.
• Title and risk in the goods pass to you when the courier delivers the parcel.

Your right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to cancel a purchase without giving a reason. To cancel, email starchini@protonmail.com within that window. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods in unworn, original condition. The cost of returning the item is yours unless the item is faulty or wrongly described. We will refund the purchase price (and original standard delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Faulty or misdescribed items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product turns out to be faulty, damaged in transit, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Contact us at starchini@protonmail.com within 30 days for a full refund, or later for a replacement or repair. Photos of the issue help us resolve it quickly.

Third-party services

The Store is built on Shopify (checkout and order management) with fulfilment by Gelato. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. Links to external platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Bandcamp, SoundCloud, Mailchimp) are provided for convenience. Each of these services has its own terms, which apply once you interact with them.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Starchini is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site or its products. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
